NÂÂÂNDE? THE TRIBULATION OF JAPANESE PARIS Eriko Nakamura

A Japanese living in France stands the love and fear of French daily full portrait. Nââândé! ? (But what happens?) This is the question that this young woman, married to a French decade, continues to ask every day. In transport, the doctor, in a dinner in town, in the countryside, on the French Riviera for a wedding ceremony at the wake, facing a policeman, a babysitter, in a market in public toilets or in a luxury store. Eriko Nakamura toured our ways of being, and tell us how it goes with her. Modesty, convention, refinement to the extreme and will not be noticed on one side. Individualism, hedonism and big mouth on the other. The confrontation is necessarily spectacular. And daily hallucinations. The doctor? The classic scene from a general receiving in his office and immediately asked to undress you is inconceivable in Japan would be a national scandal, and the doctor as the patient would probably hara-kiri. The police? In Tokyo, every Japanese knows that if he has the slightest concern as forgetting his wallet, he can always count on the police in its sector to troubleshoot. In Paris, Eriko tries to get the idea that the police are not at all in his service. The toilet? When it was used, like all Japanese, sit on crisp, high-tech toilet with piped music, perfume spray, triple water spray and forced air, our public toilets are ... Nââândé! ? Yet, throughout the book you feel the love Eriko for our culture, for all its faults, has the unique advantage of giving everyone, especially women, the ability to achieve.

READING - two months after

Okay, now, with hindsight, I can give a full review.

So I really enjoy my reading light, but to be tested in other store, I find it a bit heavy, and most importantly, I regret that the backlight does not allow me a way with zero light, as a real book paper
But in fact, the minimum visibility is very good and does not hurt my eyes. I read for more than 2 hours over no more eyestrain than a book.

After that sins, it is the operating system I think. The settings are simple but often over again, unfortunately (apparently this is a bug) and when I put a lot of ebook in my reading light (though very far from the maximum quota), it slows down, crashes ... Anyway, I can still put a good fifty, so I will not complain, but logically, I should be able to put the two ...

Aesthetically, mine has no real pocket. I've seen some with protection that opens like a book. Me, it is a simple plastic pouch doubled, so, whenever you have to go out and store the reading light in (I'm thinking to myself sewing a)

I read the comic above. Ok, it's as small size, but sharpness and colors, nickel level!

Where the problem really hurts, and it is common to all e-readers, the catalog of available books.
I find it somewhat extended, and more importantly, often very expensive. I even saw an ebook to € 12 when you can find the paperback 6 €! It's a bit of abuse, I think, and I understand the coup hacker attacks.
We sell € 12 a recent ebook which is only € 23 paperback commercially password again. But the same price as it is available in your pocket for less ...
Moreover, some websites are honest way to sell all their ebook less than € 6 so it is possible, so, I think it really is the unwillingness of publishers who do not want to see this format generalize and block prices

I have over 200 books now, some recent that I have recovered (I sent links)

This

A remake, I would buy a reading light. Besides, I think I'll see to take a more "advanced", I think including kindle, but I must see it. As Birthday Gift (Or to celebrate my new job can be ;) )

Ebook ...

We hear more and more about it, but never really see frequent users.
For almost two years, I regularly look at the question:
An Ebook for or against? If for which?

I admit loved the paper. Touch his book, admire lend. But I am also aware that on the one hand, it takes a crazy place, and secondly, it will one day spend for environmental reasons.
Many questions bothering me about Ebook. The comfort of reading it like a real book? And autonomy level? Convenience? Cost?

I'm planning to re issue a few days ago when one of the members of the Reading Club has raised the issue of the price of books ebook.
For if e-readers are expensive, e-books are an exorbitant cost I have always struggled to understand.
Why, when the paper book costs € 18, its digital equivalent is it to see 12 € 15?
I find these predatory pricing, knowing that there is more than the cost of printing, storage, transportation or sending ...
And according to some studies, many user Ebook thinking the same thing.
I even read that over 80% of holders Ebook have never purchased a digital book! Piracy is legion for this type of support, and, frankly, I can understand!

Anyway, all this to say until they have carefully considered, I decided my turn to go digital book. An additional paper book for the moment. In any case, as long as prices do not decline and that the catalogs will be expanded so little!

My choice was the cheapest I could find: the E book MPMAN COLOREBOOK 7 (79 € Darty)
I did that yesterday, so it will be a little goal I think, or at least incomplete view.
I appreciate this unit being able to adjust the font size, and most importantly, light. I've read a hundred pages without worry.
After a certain period of inactivity (a bit short for readers a little slow, certainly a setting to do?), He died while saving the page of the book you read. So just turn on and offers to return to your reading or choose another.

The memory size is fine (2GB). I could put fifty pounds without issue, and it remains in place. And in case it is not sufficient, it offers the possibility to add an SD card to add some memory.

The manual is provided in all languages (and I was a bit disoriented by opening the package and finding no instructions. Obviously, it is IN the Ebook)

Talk about things that annoy:
I found it a bit big. A little more than a paperback book. It's a bit stupid, because I often lug around much more imposing paperback, but I imagined it much smaller. But the screen is a good size as a pocket ;)
The cable for connecting it to the computer or to charge (the same) is a little short. I would just 50cm. Not practical when you want to read charging. And to ask for the charge ....
Keys, finally, are a little harsh. We must press for the pages turn.

I think it is especially important that I get used to the handling and use. For now, I do not regret my purchase. This is great for use as I intend to do, and for the first price, it is perfect.

I already get fifty pounds .... My PAL is not likely to decrease with this new "toy". But for now, I am delighted.
Suddenly, a new category has emerged: Ebook. Every book I read by this format will appear. I would try to include information publishers, pages and price if I can!
