Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meeting in which our top 10 list is defined as a literary theme.
This appointment was originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and again in French on the blog Iani .

The theme this week is:
10 books you've read in a day (or faster than usual)

I read fast, so, many books are read quickly ....

1 - All the Harry Potter
We had lent me the first volume that I can not exceed the first pages, the victim of a-priori to all the hype.
When I was offered the 2nd book, I made an obligation to read, thanks to the generous person who gave me.
I hooked! Since then I have been every time the day of the release of the books at midnight my library, the books began in the aftermath and I finished within hours

2 - Twilight
I saw the first movie before the acquisition of books. Suffice to say that once in hand, they did not last long!

3 - Eragon.
Apart from the last volume, the first three were read in a day

4 - Hunger Game
There, it took almost an obsession!

5 - Fablehaven

Then I stop my top ten, because usually when I start a book I finish in the day. I could name tons.

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meeting in which our top 10 list is defined as a literary theme.
This appointment was originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and again in French on the blog Iani .

The theme this week is:
The 10 largest blocks you read

So, hard drive, because I do not necessarily remember the number of pages of books (in truth, I do not pay attention when I do my columns).

But already, I can name a few memory, you will see the others:

1 - 4 Eragon by Christopher Paolini. I'm trying to finish, and it's 889 pages (without the glossary and acknowledgments)

2 - The complete Lord of the Rings by JR Tolkien makes 1280 pages

3 - full of Narnia by CS Lewis: 868 pages

4 - A full Dark Materials by Philip Pullman: 1024 pages

5 - Harry Potter by JK Rowling: The Volume 5 is 984 pages, but several volumes are more than 600 pages

6 - Moira Henry Loevenbruck: the full, I have, is 786 pages

7 - The Host by Stephenie Meyer: 829 pages

8 - Chronic MacKayla Lane 5 - Fever Shadow Karen Marie Moning: 889 pages

Well, I dry for others. When I can, I prefer the integrals (I intend to try Game of Thrones which I hear a lot about) and suddenly, it's a live high number of pages!

4 - Charlaine Harris
Ha ... The community of South .... Harper Connelly ... If its sagas sometimes tend to be over, I'm still an addict and I look forward to the next LCDS!

TOP TEN TUESDAY [7]

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meeting in which our top 10 list is defined as a literary theme.
This appointment was originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and again in French on the blog Iani .

The theme this week is:
10 books for which you would be willing to put yourself in the VO to know what happened

I love to put myself in the VO, as there are books that make me want and some that will never be translated. But I have not tried that once and the experience was not conclusive. Already in the talk, my English is frankly blah ...

1 - Eragon by Christopher Paolini
I loved the series, which was originally a trilogy and finally a 4th volume is added. Except this 4th volume has been a while now .... in English! Fortunately, it comes soon in French, finally!

2 - Harry Potter by JK Rowling
Moreover, it is with this series that I've tried, with Volume 7 ^ ^

3 - The Compass Rose, Gail Dayton.
I discovered the first tome ago pfiuuu, long now! It was published by Harlequin, who translated the first two volumes. But not the 3rd! And apparently, no translation is scheduled for 3rd Volume, yet out long ago! This is a book that would make me want both the first two are great! The English title is "The Eternal Rose"
This is a book that made me rant against Harlequin. Because I believe that not completing a series, it is still a huge lack of respect for the players who are waiting! In that case, why have translated the first two?

4 - The community of South Charlaine Harris
Although I find that the series tends to falter, I'm addicted. And suddenly, despite the short time between each new volume (although there it was getting long), each time I wait to see!

5 - books Trudi Canavan
This is an author that I love, I loved each series until now, and suddenly, for the premiere of these books, I'd be willing to put myself in the VO!

6 - The Invisible Realms series by Julie Kagawa.
Arf, volume 4 will seem me long to wait!!

7 - Born after midnight.
I loved the first two volumes, the 3rd is desired (well, ok, the two just came out, but still!)

8 - The rest of the series The last Garden
Same as 6 and 7

9 - The circle of immortal Sherrilyn Kenyon
Even fight!

10 - All books by Karen Marie Moning
One of my favorite authors ^ ^

Voilou voilou! and you?

Ooh la la! There, it will be hard, because I do not take notes when I read, so I am immersed in the story, and suddenly I can not remember later phrases that have marked me when Mr.
But we will try ^ ^

1 - "Happy Hunger Games! And may you be in favor fate! "- Hunger Games

2 - "You admire our base of operations? Yes, we have a global distribution network. It took years and the bulk of our fortune to build. Now, finally, we make a profit. The theme this week is:
10 publishers and / or favorite collections

A bit like Iani, I can not answer that TT and I hesitated to participate.

Say I love Nathan Jeunesse editions for their books (Fablehaven, Beyonders, The Family Too girls) but because having the chance to have regular partnerships with them, I discovered they were behind many books that I like, like Michel Lafon elsewhere.

In truth, I discovered the editors when I type my columns .... And I have no idea existing collections ^ ^

TOP TEN TUESDAY [4]

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meeting in which our top 10 list is defined as a literary theme.
This appointment was originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and again in French on the blog Iani .

The theme this week is:
10 reasons why you are addicted to reading

A theme that inspires me!

1 - For the journey
Through books, I've been everywhere: Greece, Ireland, England, Russia, Faerie, Space ....
Each book that I appreciate succeeds in taking me to immerse myself in his world, and I feel like I know all the places they are real

2 - For the imagination
When I read, I'm completely in the book. Not in place of characters, but as a kind of guardian angel viewer. I do not see writing as in my head runs the different actions, and sometimes when it's a fascinating read, I have a few hours hard to distinguish between real and imaginary.

3 - For the hobby
Read, it can be done everywhere. It helps to pass the time, to occupy his mind

4 - For what it brings me
The books bring me a lot, all areas. I learn a lot about the history, geography, psychology ... According to my books.

5 - Because it allows me to escape
Life is not always easy, and I confess that reading allows me to decompress, think of something else

6 - For sharing
A bit like addicted to movies, I like to share about my reading, a favorite advisor, warning against a letdown, discover new products. Through reading, I had wonderful meetings with readers and readers that I consider friends now

7 - For example
I am appalled by the loss suffered by our language, both written about that. I sometimes find it difficult to understand my sister when she wrote to me. Read seems to me a good way to remember that the French is a language (and written) very complete and worth fighting to keep it (despite my regular errors in spelling, huh)
I hope that my children saw me passionate about books, will also want to explore this universe

8 - For the legacy
My mother is a big reader. I always saw a book nearby. Yet she hates reading aloud and never read us stories /
I hope to pass this passion on to my children, and then be able to share with them that I share with my own mother

9 - For the beauty.
Books, it's beautiful! Blankets, slices. Some rave about clothes, me, it's books. I would one day have a room that I could turn into a library!

10 - Finally, because it is a real drug
It's a little dose of my personal hero. I can not live without reading. If I do not read is that I am so sick that I can not open a book or read. Otherwise, I always have one handy!

TOP TEN TUESDAY 3

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meeting in which our top 10 list is defined as a literary theme.
This appointment was originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and again in French on the blog Iani .

The theme this week is:
10 'bad', 'bad' favorite characters

The Ha! I thought not to be inspired by this book, but in the end, though! 13 wicked particularly attracted me during my reading:

1 - The wicked Sauron! (The Lord of the Rings)
Not beautiful ugly Lord of the Rings, who abuses our poor friends. Not nice!

2 - The bad bis: Voldemort! (Harry Potter)
Completely strange, sadistic and self-absorbed ... perfect in his role which ^ ^

3 - Bellatrix Lestrange (Harry Potter)
The only woman in my rankings. She is completely delusional, I love it!

4 - The Volturi (Twilight)
Frankly, they are chilling, this small band of vampires not cute!

5 - Hades (Percy Jackson)
I love it! He's too strong, he farts serious but it is a little love strike that fear of the big bad husband LOL

6 - Artemis (The circle of immortals / Dark Hunter)
Normally, Artemis is a nice (and one of my favorite goddess). But in this series, it's a real bitch egocentric, vain and selfish! I love his skirmishes with my darling tit Acheron!

7 - President Snow (Hunger Game)
Then he, frankly! In the genre of "I take my power to do much sweat districts and justify the massacres," he asks what there! And what phlegm when he comes face to Catniss!

8 - Jericho Barrons (The Chronicles of MacKayla Lane)
Make no mistake, this is not nice, beautiful Barrons. But not really a villain either. But it is worrying, attracting a mix of danger and excitement interesting

9 - Adam (Highlanders) and V'lane (The Chronicles of MacKayla Lane)
Why tie? Because they are the same! All 2 are Faes who believe that everyone should eat them in the hand, and irresistible know plays for the worst (but sometimes the best) And then they have the same designer: Karen Marie Moning

10 - The villain of Fablehaven
I'm not saying if its name, you'll know too. But it is just perfect: there are doubts, it is Machiavellian desire in his desire to do well. Perfect!

I also thought of Draco Malfoy and his father, Akureti Emerald Knights and I have a hole but the sorcerer birds CDL ;)

TOP TEN TUESDAY 2

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meeting in which our top 10 list is defined as a literary theme.
This appointment was originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and again in French on the blog Iani .

! Today, the theme gave me the boost needed The theme this week is:
The 10 books that everyone liked you except

The choice was difficult, since there is no book that I hate, rather books that I have not hooked. But as I read a lot, they are quickly forgotten ^ ^
So, I was inspired by other TT participants to get back my literary disappointments memories ^ ^

1 - Absolutely overwhelmed Zoe Sheppard
A book that wants funny, a satire of the public. Except that the author spends his time complaining about the operation of its service and gossiping about the world, which has made me more qu'agaçante!

2 - Ball frost in New York Fabrice Colin
Oulala, what a disappointment! I read tons of positive reviews, and I've been dubious. A plot that has only the name, and a sloppy end somewhat understandable ... Bouhouhou!

3-17 moons Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl
If the first volume was not bad, the 2nd singularly lacking breath, to the point where I ask myself the question since a lease to acquire the 3rd volume!

4 - How to get rid of a vampire love Beth Fantaskey
Hey bé .... Slow, a heroine more qu'agaçante to remain passive and without thickness, most predictable end ... The first volume will be sufficient to itself!

5 - The Wolves of Mercy Falls by Maggie Stiefvater
The first volume has left me cold, the second froze me ....

6 - The Road by Cormac McCarthy
I have not even been able to finish this book as it is slow, flat and real interest!

7 - 4 Gone by Michael Grant
Bé Hey, that's want to extend the sagas excessive: soft volume (and the 3rd was already a little), the characters become less endearing ....

8 - Palimpeste Charles Stross and Florence Dolisi
Yuck yuck, yuck! Illegible, incomprehensible, in short, a cat!

9 - Bitterwood James Maxey
If the first volume was interesting, the 2nd volume has plagued the atmosphere!

10 - Princess Sarah BD
Too much change has killed heroin that illuminated my childhood and that pushed me to give his name to my daughter ....

Well, now, I still managed to make 10 lol

And you?

TOP TEN TUESDAY [2]

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meeting in which our top 10 list is defined as a literary theme.
This appointment was originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and again in French on the blog Iani .

! Today, the theme gave me the boost needed The theme this week is:
10 books you'd like to see adapted for the cinema

1. The Circle of Immortals Sherrilyn Kenyon
I love this universe, the characters are very interesting, far from politically correct and frequent forays into various myths Pantheon or fascinate me.

2. The Knights of Emerald Anne Robillard
Ah! I love this series, even if it sometimes drags in length. I'd love to see Wellan, Kyra, Emerald to life on the screen!

3. Time Riders by Alex Scarrow
The idea of seeing how our heroes have lived, and multiple jumps in time I like very much

4. The House of Night
Although I think the saga is slowing, this universe is quite fascinating in the vision of vampires to make me want to see it "for real"

5. Chronicles MacKayla Lane
Yeah, I'm weak! Between Ireland, Barrons and myths about the fae, there is plenty to do something good

6. Viral by Kathy Reichs
I love this story of superpowers and teens a bit special ;)

7. Instant, the latest garden Lauren Destefano
This book is simply superb, adaptation would be sublime!

8. Fablehaven
Yes, I'm a big kid who love zoo. Even those a little special ^ ^

9. Greceling (and Red continued) Kristin Cashore
Just a very good book that I would enjoy seeing in the film version!

10. Kingdoms Invisible Julie Kagawa
Just approach the Fae world!

There are certainly others, and most importantly, I put here the most recent I remember ^ ^
