This book is divided into several chapters to discover its morphotype.
The first step to discover the type of colors (hot or cold). Decomposed into season (autumn, summer, spring, winter) according to color, this step determines the color to choose when purchasing clothes.
The second step determines the shape of his face, to determine which hairstyles, what jewels, what glasses and accessories which must be preferred.
Followed by an introduction to makeup: how to use, what colors to choose.
Then comes the stage 4, which determines exactly the body type to find out what type of clothing will be most flattering, followed by step 5 which speaks of shopping itself.
Step 6 is a behavioral coaching, and the last stage a point on the professional makeover.

Everything is very well illustrated with common sense advice and some very nice tricks.

I was thrilled to be chosen for this partnership because this book came at a time when cell I questioned, both on my physical and professionally.
I followed with great care every step, even putting my husband to the spot ^ ^
Very well designed, I have met few difficulties (in determining the shape of my face), which were quickly flattened by an exchange of emails with Delphine Lecastel the author, whom I thank once again kindness and patience, because it still took the time to answer me three times!

So I through it, determine the best hairstyle and would happily me, because I intend to do just the opposite. Still unconvinced, I followed his advice found in the book that asks to go see a stylist hairdresser, who confirmed that the book taught me, so I was advised to stick to my initial idea. The result is superb!
I also started in makeup, I never make up me, as I found anywhere at this level. By following the step by step, I came to the natural results that I like.

Now, I have to anchor the usual skin care, everyone has advised me before I put myself, and I repeat a wardrobe. It is certain that I would use this book as a guide for my shopping.

But more than just a guide, this book has convinced me, so I decided to give me a real makeover by a pro, early 2012.

I again thank the Reading Club and especially the lovely Delphine Lecastel for allowing me to discover this book and take care of me a little!
