By discovering this book, I imagined reading the newspaper of the regime of a girl, with its difficulties and victories advice.
Far from it.

Anna is happy to give advice and sometimes banal "boat" to lose weight, the kind of thing you hear everywhere and that is not necessarily true.

I jumped, for example, when I read that we must favor starches and avoid too much protein. To diet and about to undergo surgery for obesity surgery, I know, like any good professional dietary proteins that are important for a diet: Proteins are poorly assimilated by the body thus provides the dual effort to eliminate them. During weight loss, it is the muscles that melt first. It is therefore recommended to focus on proteins to prevent the melting of muscle and the body can rather fat.

Nevertheless, some very good advice are present in this book. Already, she advises to always go through their doctor before starting a few plans whatsoever. A very good point! She also advises to look seriously at the psychological side of the regime, and this is the strong point of this book, because it refers repeatedly to shrink side.
Indeed, the pounds are sometimes caught because of the food but it often hides a psychological reason: a lack of self-esteem, family problems, aggression ....
And this is really an important aspect of the scheme. Understand why the problems with the food, it is to finally be on successfully lose permanently.

Many tips and tricks are also interesting. As that of having several regimes hinders weight loss progressively as the body defends this tale aggression.

More importantly, the fight against the pounds is a struggle at all times, which requires deep changes in his lifestyle.

But the positives have not convinced me to recommend this book, which contains too many false ideas dangerous for people in search of a true weight loss.
