The 3rd book in the series stands out from its predecessors by its characters. We present a Psi until falling in love with a changeling. Finished this time! Here is a changeling who has a crush on a Psi. And not just any, no. Judd, Psi renegade is hosted by the changeling wolves with his brothers and sisters.
Judd is far from Psi base. Former arrow murderer, he is full of secrecy and ambivalence, the protocol is so ingrained in him almost painful.
Brenna, she is the young wolf who was tortured Enrique, this evil killer Psi.
Strangely, it is with Judd, Psi, it feels more comfortable, and more drawn.
Once again, the characters are particularly endearing.
Brenna by its fragility, its "broken" and the courage to face what she has experienced, and how it faces
Judd himself, by his side so cold and yet deeply human.
It's nice, especially to finally see a woman chasing a man, this refreshing change from the first two volumes!
The story is particularly interesting with what we learn about Psi and future protocol they seek to implement. We discover a people who, far from being unanimous with the decisions of their leaders are constantly plotting to prevent what would be a monstrosity.
Discover, especially the past Judd, who shows us a part of the history Psi was quite addictive.
And I loved Brenna attempts to seduce him at your own risk!
The frame is the same as the first volumes. But we enter more deeply into the workings of peoples changeling and Psi, which is interesting.
The presence of "guest star" heroes of the first volumes is rather positive, a driver who suggests a rather sensational final thread!
